本实用新型提供了一种防尘车厢,属于货车防尘技术领域,包括设置于最后端两根篷杆上的第一连杆和第二连杆且两者相互转动连接形成二连杆结构,在两侧第一连杆的顶端焊接连接有U形密封篷杆,所述篷布罩于两个第一连杆连接的U形密封篷杆上。同时,上边折弯的边板、轨道梁、中横梁三个构件相互焊接成框架结构,即边板的大平面与轨道梁的竖平面之间间隔15~25mm,边板折弯的90度水平边下平面与轨道梁的折弯槽上平面贴紧焊接,中横梁的上斜面支撑在轨道梁的纵向下端边。本防尘车厢提升了边板上部的刚性和强度,保证了篷杆机构的流畅运行,从而方便有效地实现了车厢尾部的防尘处理。
