Abstract

一种晶体硅太阳能电池背电极用导电铝浆及其制备方法,所述导电铝浆的组分及其质量百分比为:铝粉65~80%;有机载体15~30%;无机玻璃粉1~5%;添加剂0.1~1%;偶联剂0.1~5%;所述有机载体由聚合物与有机溶剂混合而成,其中聚合物的质量百分比含量为5~20%,有机溶剂的质量百分比为80~95%。本发明在不增加生产成本的前提下,既能与硅基片形成良好的背场效果,有效提高电池片的光电转换效率,又能很好地抑制烧结后电池片的弯曲应力。
A conductive aluminum paste used for a crystalline-silicon solar-battery back electrode and a preparation method thereof are disclosed. The conductive aluminum paste comprises, by weight, 65%-80% of an aluminum powder, 15%-30% of an organic carrier, 1%-5% of an inorganic glass powder, 0.1%-1% of an additive, 0.1%-5% of a coupling agent. The organic carrier is made of a polymer and an organic solvent, wherein the organic carrier comprises, by weight, 5%-20% of the polymer and 80%-95% of the organic solvent. Under the condition of not increasing production costs, the conductive aluminum paste can form a good back field effect with a silicon chip, photoelectric conversion efficiency of a cell can be effectively raised and beading stress of the cell after sintering can be effectively inhibited.
